Prepare your Nissan Armada for an easier wiper change

Turn ON your wipers then turn off your Nissan Armada when the wipers are at their mid-way point on your windshield

Lift your wipers up from the windshield

With your wipers stopped midway on your windshield it should be easy to lift your wipers up and away from your windshield.
Your old wipers should stick out, away, from your windshield. Now allowing for easy access during the rest of the changing process.

Before you remove old wiper blades

Be sure to take note of which new blade length goes on which side.
Measure or just compare old blade length to the new wiper blades.
Then place the new blades on the correct side.

Remove old wiper blades

Your 2025 Nissan Armada has a J-Hook style attachment for the windshield wipers to connect with.
Different wiper manufacturers use different style attachments for the J-Hook style attach type. With the arm lifted arm away from windshield: push the button then pull off the old wiper blade.

Connect the new Rain-X Longitude beam wipers

• To install your new Rain-X Longitude wiper blade on a J-Hook arm the you must simply insert the opening of the adapter...:
  
  Into the hook part of the arm:
  
  
• Then slide the blade UP until it Locks in to place with a "CLICK":
  
  
• REMEMBER: Remove the blade edge cover:
  
  
• Do the same procedure for the other wiper blade.

• Check all connections...

  Tug on the wipers to double check that all wiper blades are locked on to the wiper arms.

• Lower wipers back down to their functional positions.

  Carefully lower your new wipers down to your windshield. Discard old wipers and packaging material.

Connect the new Rain-X Transparency+ Beam Blade wipers

• Open the universal adapter's locking tab.
  
  If you have trouble opening it with your fingers. Try using a quarter.
  
  
• Insert the hook part of the arm into the opening on the adapter.
  
• Slide the blade up until it is snug.
  
• Close the locking tab. Press down until it locks closed with a CLICK.
  
• Be sure to REMOVE PLASTIC COVER FROM THE BLADE
  
• Now activate the "Blade Change Indicator" by removing the sticker:
  Over time the black dot will turn YELLOW when it's time to change your wiper blade.
  

• Check all connections...

  Tug on the wipers to double check that all wiper blades are locked on to the wiper arms.

• Lower wipers back down to their functional positions.

  Carefully lower your new wipers down to your windshield. Discard old wipers and packaging material.
  

• Finally Activate the Rain-X Water Repellency Technology.

  • Be sure your windshield is clean and dry.
  • Turn ON your new wiper blades. Run them DRY on your windshield for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then briefly spray your washer fluid and watch for water beading. That indicates the technology has been activated.
