WiperBladesUSA.com has fast free shipping to anywhere in USA.  (We do NOT ship outside of the USA). We currently ship UPS Ground out of North Carolina.

Orders completed by 2pm (Pacific) & 5pm (Eastern) on weekdays & Saturday will ship out the same day.
Otherwise the order will ship out the next business day. Please consider Sundays and holidays in your delivery time expectations.

Currently we ship (depending on the size) either:

  • UPS Ground (1-3 business days normally) 
  • Priority Mail 2-Day (1-5 business days normally) HI,AK,PR,GU,APO,MPO,FPO,POBox

* We make no speediness of delivery guarantees

Tracking numbers are provided, via email, for your convenience. 

You, the customer, are responsible for providing a safe location to receive long packages.

We will inform you, via email, when your package is delivered. Please pick it up quickly as they do not fit in mailbox and will be visible to any passers by.

Any shipping fees beyond the initial shipping to the initial address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please make sure your shipping address is US Post Office deliverable, correct and can receive long USPS packages securely. 
 We do ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

If your wiper blades or products do not meet your expectations or do not fit your vehicle please contact us and we'll correct the issue as quickly as possible GUARANTEED!

All of our wiper blades are guaranteed up to 30 days from manufacturer defect from when the order is received.

We only guarantee a correct fit if you order the wipers listed for that specific vehicle and you use our step-by-step instructions (w/video) provided via "InstallCode" on your packing slip or via email. We may require you to provide your vehicle's VIN so we can confirm the sizing. If you order wipers for a car that is not listed on the site then you will have to pay return postage.

If after using the step-by-step instructions (w/video) and reviewing the "Having Trouble?" section at the bottom of the install page. Please contact our customer service department as we may require some photos of your wiper arm end without a wiper on it. We have helped customers for years install the trickiest of wiper blades.

We have a 99.3% accuracy rate for wipers fitting cars. Most issues are that the customer did not use our installation instructions

We are updating our products and instructions all the time. But still even with our professional installer support team we do run in to "unusual" vehicles or wiper arms that have been modified/damaged from OEM standards.

OUR GOAL IS TO GET YOU DRIVING SAFELY WITH NEW WIPERS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE 

  • Please check the condition of the product immediately after receiving. If your wipers arrive damaged contact us within 7 days of receipt, please include photos, and we will replace them immediately . (If your wipers are damaged or stolen after delivery the customer is responsible for any replacement and shipping costs.)
  • If your wipers do not appear to fit your car we will work with you to make sure everything was set up correctly. If they are still not working out for the vehicle they were purchased for then we will refund your money or send you the correct wipers fast.
  • If you return your order without an RMA or in used condition there may be an 20% deduction in your refunded amount. Any returns after 30 days are not accepted.

We may require some photos to be emailed so we can visually confirm correct wiper arm attachment types. Manufacturers do change wiper arms mid model year. Like we stated we do have a .7% error rate in our database. Sorry it's improving all the time! :)
