Currently we ship (depending on the order and location) with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We strive for your order to be delivered within 3 business days regardless of your locale. CA,WA,OR & ID may be an extra 1-2 days.

All orders to - HI,AK,PR,GU,APO,MPO,FPO,"PO Box" must be shipped with USPS and will typically be sent as Ground Advantage. These orders may have longer delivery times due to their extended service requirements.

Orders completed by 2pm (Pacific) & 5pm (Eastern) on weekdays & Saturdays will process and ship out the same day, otherwise the order will ship out the next business day. Please consider Sundays and holidays in your delivery time expectations. Tracking numbers are provided via email for your convenience (be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it).
You, the customer, are responsible for providing a safe location to receive your packages (long/bulky). We will inform you via email when your package is sent and when it is delivered. Please pick it up quickly as they do not fit in a mailbox and will be visible to any passers by.
Any shipping fees beyond the initial shipping to the initial address will be the responsibility of the customer. This can include up to $24 for address corrections alone so please make sure your shipping address is verifiable (click here to check your address https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress ) and can receive our package types (long/bulky) securely.
If your wiper blades or products do not meet your expectations or do not fit your vehicle please contact us and we'll correct the issue as quickly as possible GUARANTEED!
All of our wiper blades are guaranteed up to 30 days from manufacturer defect from when the order is delivered.

We only guarantee a correct fit if you order the wipers listed for that specific vehicle and you use our step-by-step instructions (w/video) provided via "InstallCode" on your packing slip or via email. We may require you to provide your vehicle's VIN so we can confirm the sizing.
Our expert customer service department will assist you with any issue very quickly and may require some photos of your wiper arm end without a wiper on it and the wiper you are trying to install. We have helped customers for years install the trickiest of wiper blades this way! NOTE: We do have a phone number that only receives voicemails, we will respond via email if you reach out this way in order to protect personal order information
We have a 99.3% accuracy rate for wipers fitting cars. Most issues are that the customer did not use our installation instructions or went to a mechanic who then sold them different wipers rather than using those purchased from us.
We are updating our products and instructions all the time. But still even with our professional installer support team we do run in to "unusual" vehicles or wiper arms that have been modified/damaged from OEM standards.

We may require some photos to be emailed so we can visually confirm correct wiper arm attachment types. Manufacturers do change wiper arms mid model year. Like we stated we do have a .7% error rate in our database. Sorry it's improving all the time! :)
WiperBladesUSA will provide return labels when it is appropriate. As mentioned there is a .7% error rate currently and in those cases that is our mistake, so we own up to it and will happily provide a return shipping label. Return labels are not typically provided if the order is simply no longer wanted or the style is not as was desired, in cases such as this return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
As mentioned before we may ask for pictures in order to better assist you with an installation problem. If after attempting to assist you and we are unable to help you install your wipers we are happy to provide a return label. Customers who opt out of our assistance or order wipers for a car that is not listed on our site will be responsible for any return shipping as labels will not be provided in these particular cases.
