Warranty Coverage

The WiperBladesUSA Clear-Wipe Limited Warranty applies to WiperBladesUSA Pulse (1-year) and Tempest Elite (2-year) beam wiper blades purchased directly from WiperBladesUSA. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, as well as performance issues like streaking, smearing, skipping, squeaking, or chattering under normal use.

Warranty Period

• Pulse (1-year): Starts upon delivery, lasts 12 months.
• Tempest Elite (2-year): Starts upon delivery, lasts 24 months.

Warranty Process

1. Install the wiper blades.
2. For performance issues, use our Warranty Tool at www.wiperbladesusa.com/warranty.
3. Submit your Order ID & shipping zip code, and at least four photos of the wiper performance problems, as shown on the Warranty Page. You will receive an email with your Warranty Code.
4. No activation needed; warranty is included with purchase.
5. Approval requires photo inspection and verifications to prevent fraud.
6. This is not a performance guarantee. WiperBladesUSA and Web Malls Live Inc aren’t liable for damage from misuse, improper installation, or unreported issues.

Warranty Credit

• Credit is pro-rated based on the time from delivery of the prior set to the order date of the replacement set, applied at the time of ordering.

• Credit is applied as a discount at the time of ordering a replacement set, with no cash value.
• Free shipping within the USA for approved replacements.
• Our max liability is the discounted replacement set’s value.
• If a replacement wears out early, the discount applies to the paid price of the immediately prior set (Original Set or Warranty Replacement Set) for that vehicle.
• One claim per set (Original Set or Warranty Replacement Set).
• WiperBladesUSA may require wiper returns. Don’t destroy worn-out wipers. If so then a pre-paid return label is in the replacement box—return immediately. If labeled, ship within 7 days or the new warranty voids. If not returned, the new warranty isn’t honored.
• The replacement set must match the original set (2 or 3 wipers, including rear) for the same vehicle, with the same warranty coverage time. The discount credit must be used for the same vehicle and product set. New vehicles need new purchases; credits don’t transfer. 
• Warranty applies to the entire set at once, only full redemption will be honored.
• For installation questions, use your InstallCode (on your packing slip) on the homepage, Live-Chat, call 888-880-8031(voicemail only, replies will be via email), or email [email protected]. We love to help you get those wipers installed correctly!

Limitations

• Applies only to the original purchaser, non-transferable.
• Excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation.
• Warranty applies to the entire set at once, only full redemptions will be honored.
• Photos may improve our products but won’t be shared publicly.

This is the full agreement with WiperBladesUSA/Web Malls Live Inc. No oral changes apply.
